AUMINUM EXTRUSIONS

AUMINUM CNC PORCESSING
Punching, laser welding, laser cutting, CNC processing machines and others are well-equipped and stable technical configurations. We also have bending, shearing and other sheet metal types of equipment.
ANODIZING
According to the size and shape of the aluminum parts, choose an anodizing tank of appropriate length to ensure the effect of oxidation treatment. Different anodizing tank lengths can meet the needs of various customers and provide flexible production solutions.
VERTICAL POWDER COATING
The powder coating line is a multi-step finishing process. This technology creates a durable and beautiful coating around the product after the coating cools and hardens, which can significantly improve the service life of the product.
POWDER COATING & ELECTROPHORESIS LINE

HARDNESS TEST
